Ingredients:
2 Cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 Jar (26 oz) Alfredo sauce
2 Cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 Cans (8 count) crescent rolls
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees
*Combine the chicken, Alfredo sauce, and vegetables in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a 9x9 baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the crescent roll dough flat and press the perforations to seal. Remove and discard any excess dough.
*Pierce holes in the dough using a wooden toothpick. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the mixture is heated through and the crust is light brown. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 4 to 6.
*TIP: Place a sheet pan under the baking dish in the oven to catch any drips!!!

Calling all authors
Alright, I'll be the first one to admit that when I started this blog I had every intention of updating it often and I haven't done so well. Thank you to those who have been posting recipes!
Let's get some more authors! If you have a friend or family member and want to contribute to this blog, comment on this post with your e-mail address, name and some background (see below) and I will add you.
Check our initial posts to see what loose criteria we attempt to follow when posting and I hope to have even more people participating and even more recipes to try.
I for one just saw the Julia & Julie movie and was so inspired I purchased a Child cookbook and a cupcake book and hope to get started soon! Look for recipes soon and if you don't see any from me - nudge me a little because it probably means I'm eating almonds and gooey butter cookies and not much else.
When leaving a comment if interested to author this blog tell me:
Your Name
E-mail
Why you love food
Why you love to cook/bake
And of course, once you are an author - share at least one favorite recipe!
Happy recipe sharing!!!
